Patient monitoring between appointments, supervised by your own clinicians.
Give your patients a psychodynamic AI to talk to between visits. Your clinicians design each patient's Oneli, stay hands-on and receive the handoffs, inside your own escalation routine.
Early access: clinic pilots open as psychologist supervision launches.
Most of the week happens between appointments.
Waiting lists are long and visits are short. Patients need somewhere to put the week. Clinicians need to know when the week turns.
Appointment Oneli
One appointment a week. Oneli is there for the six days in between.
Your clinicians, your routine.
Your clinicians supervise
Each clinician on the platform supervises their own patients and designs each patient's Oneli.
Your escalation routine
Handoffs reach the responsible clinician by email and in their inbox. What happens next follows your clinic's procedure.
Your patients consent
Patients join the Room plan and agree, explicitly, to supervision by your clinician and to what is shared.
Their language
Patients can write in any of 27 languages; Oneli answers in theirs.
Data you can account for.
Patient account data is stored in the EU. Oneli combines our own algorithms, large language models and your clinicians’ care plans. Where AI processing happens outside the EU, Standard Contractual Clauses cover it, and our privacy policy lists every provider. Data processing terms are agreed before any pilot starts.
TwentyThird does not diagnose and is not a medical device. It supports patients between appointments, under your clinicians' supervision.
Start with a pilot.
A small group of clinicians and patients, a fixed period, and a review together at the end.
If you are in danger, contact local emergency services now — 112 anywhere in the EU. TwentyThird is not an emergency service. How safety works
