FAQ
Straight answers, before you start.
What TwentyThird is, who the psychologist is, what happens to what you write, and what it costs.
Oneli
How is TwentyThird different from other AI apps?
Most mental-health AI talks to you on its own, with nobody licensed responsible for what it says. Oneli is designed for you by a licensed psychologist who stays hands-on, it reads the patterns underneath what you say, and when something is serious the crisis lines come first. Psychologist-designed agents are in early access.
What is Oneli?
Oneli is your personal mental-health agent: an AI, designed for you, that helps you understand yourself and look after your mental health between sessions. It knows your intake, your readings, your weekly Catchups and what your circle said, and reads them as one story. It is an AI, not a person; it does not diagnose, treat or replace a clinician.
Who controls Oneli?
You and your psychologist. Your psychologist designs Oneli around you and stays hands-on; you choose the psychologist, decide what they see, and can end supervision at any time. Nothing they set can switch off safety routing or make Oneli diagnose. Psychologist-designed agents are in early access; until then Oneli follows TwentyThird's own approach.
What does my psychologist see?
What you agree to share: your readings and any alert by default, your conversations only if you turn that on.
Can I use it without a psychologist?
Yes, and today everyone starts that way. The intake, your 12 readings, the weekly Catchup and your Case File are free; the Room plan adds the Consulting Room and a monthly report. Every message is checked for risk. When psychologist-designed agents open in your country, you can add a psychologist at any time.
Do psychologists write prompts?
No. Agent Studio is made for clinicians, not developers: you design each patient's Oneli in your own clinical terms and TwentyThird does the rest, inside guardrails no setting can override. Agent Studio is in early access.
The product
What is TwentyThird?
A psychodynamic AI you talk to every day, designed to be configured and supervised by a licensed psychologist. It reads the patterns underneath what you say — what repeats, what you avoid, how you handle closeness.
Is TwentyThird therapy?
No. It is a psychodynamic AI for self-understanding, designed to be configured and supervised by a licensed psychologist. It supports you between sessions. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a clinician.
What does psychodynamic mean here?
Looking at what sits underneath: the patterns you repeat, the feelings you steer around, the way early relationships shape later ones. The AI names these in plain words first and gives the clinical term second.
How long does the intake take?
About two hours in total, across 10 sections. Nobody does it in one sitting: save whenever you like, and we email you a link to come back.
What are readings?
Short written readings of your patterns — 12 in all. Six are in your Room and all twelve are in your monthly report. Each weekly Catchup rewrites them.
Does the AI remember me?
It knows your readings, your weekly Catchups, your circle's answers and what it asked you last time. It does not re-read every past conversation word for word.
What is my circle?
People who know you — a partner, a close friend, a parent, a sibling, a co-parent — whom you invite to answer 12 questions about you. You never see their answers; Oneli reads a summary. They need their own TwentyThird account.
Which languages does it speak?
27, including all the official EU languages, Norwegian, Icelandic and Ukrainian. Oneli writes in yours.
Psychologists and supervision
Who is the psychologist?
A licensed psychologist you choose, checked against their country's register before they can supervise anyone. Psychologist supervision is in early access; until it opens for you, the Room works on its own.
Can I change or stop supervision?
Yes, at any time. Ending supervision ends your psychologist's access.
I already see someone. Can they supervise?
If they are a licensed psychologist, they can apply to join. If not, bring your readings and your report to your sessions.
What does it cost a psychologist to join?
The platform fee on supervision and visits is being set now. It will be shown to you before you accept a paying patient.
Safety
What does the AI do if I am not okay?
Every message is checked for risk. If it is serious, Oneli does not carry on as usual: you see crisis lines and a safety panel. If you are in danger, call 112 or your local emergency number now.
Is it an AI therapist?
No. An AI therapist offers therapy on its own, with nobody licensed responsible for it. TwentyThird is designed to be supervised by a licensed psychologist, and it does not diagnose or treat.
Is it an emergency service?
No. If you are in danger, call 112 in the EU, Samaritans on 116 123 in the UK and Ireland, 988 in the US, or your local emergency number.
Privacy and data
Who can read what I write?
You. With supervision, your psychologist sees what you agree to share. Your employer never sees anything. Oneli writes its replies with our own algorithms and large language models, guided by your psychologist.
Where is my data stored?
Your account and everything you write are stored in the EU. Some AI processing happens outside the EU, under Standard Contractual Clauses. Our privacy policy lists every provider and the safeguard for each transfer.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, from Settings. The privacy page explains exactly what is deleted and when.
Do you sell my data?
No.
Pricing and billing

The intake, your readings, the weekly Catchup and your Case File are free. The Room plan adds the Consulting Room, a monthly report and a larger circle for €23.23 a month. Start with three free days, no card.
What happens when the trial ends?
The Consulting Room closes until you choose the Room plan. Your intake, readings, Catchups and Case File stay, and stay free. The trial never charges you.

Employers

No. Employers buy seats and see how many were redeemed — never who, never what. The employer channel is in early access.
How does a company offer it?
An employer buys seats and gives staff a code. The employer channel is in early access: talk to us.
If you are in danger, contact local emergency services now — 112 anywhere in the EU. TwentyThird is not an emergency service. How safety works
