A new kind of mental-health AI

Your mental‑health agent, designed by your psychologist.

Meet Oneli: a personal AI that learns how you think, set up for you by a licensed psychologist who knows you and stays hands-on.

Psychologist-designed agents are in early access. Oneli already works on its own: the intake, your readings, the weekly Catchup and the Consulting Room, with every message checked for risk.

Meet Oneli

Oneli, your personal mental-health agent.

Oneli is the AI you talk to on TwentyThird, and it is yours: designed by your licensed psychologist and grounded in psychodynamic thinking, it helps you look after your mental health between sessions.

It learns from what you choose to share, so it knows your story and the patterns underneath it. It is an AI, and it always says so.

Why TwentyThird

Most AI listens alone. Yours answers to a psychologist.

Most mental-health AI talks to you on its own: nobody licensed is responsible for what it says, and it can miss the moment you need a person. TwentyThird is adjusted for you by a licensed psychologist.

AI on its own

  • Who is responsible Nobody licensed
  • Who adjusts it No one: the same AI for everyone
  • When something is serious It may simply keep talking
  • What it looks for How you feel today

TwentyThird

  • Who is responsible A licensed psychologist who knows you
  • Who adjusts it Your psychologist, for you
  • When something is serious Crisis lines at once, and your psychologist is told
  • What it looks for The patterns underneath, followed over time

Psychologist-designed agents are in early access. Until yours opens, the crisis lines come first and no human is alerted. The left column describes the category, not any one product.

Psychologist-guided AI agent

What Oneli brings together.

A psychologist designs it. The people around you inform it. It follows your patterns over weeks and writes them down in plain words.

The core

Oneli, built with your psychologist

A licensed psychologist who knows you designs how Oneli listens and when it brings in a human, and stays hands-on as you change.

How Oneli is built

Built with you, designed by a psychologist.

You talk. Your psychologist designs Oneli around you and stays hands-on. Oneli keeps learning how you think.

Step 1

You talk.

Start with the intake, about two hours at your own pace. Then talk to Oneli any day in the Consulting Room. It knows your readings, your weekly Catchups and what it asked you last time.

Oneli

Last week you said Sundays feel heavy. How was this one?

You

Lighter. I said no to my sister, for once.

Oneli

What did that no cost you, and what did it give back?

Step 2

Your psychologist designs it.

A licensed psychologist who knows you designs Oneli around you and stays hands-on for as long as you work together. You never have to configure anything.

Step 3

It keeps learning you.

Every conversation and Catchup sharpens your readings, so Oneli knows more of your story each time. You decide what your psychologist sees.

Your circle

The people who know you, in the picture.

Invite people who know you — a partner, a close friend, a parent, a sibling, a co-parent — to answer 12 questions about you, in about five minutes. You never see their answers. Oneli reads a summary and brings their view into what it asks you.

  • You never see their answers; they never see your readings

Loops

The loop you repeat, followed over weeks.

Oneli looks for what keeps coming back: the yes before you decide, the distance after closeness, the work that takes over. It names a loop in plain words, then follows it through every Catchup and conversation.

Closeness and distance

When someone gets close, you get busy: three relationships cooled in the month they turned serious.

To notice this week

What you reach for right after a warm moment.

Dreams

What one dream can show.

Write a dream down when you wake. Oneli reads it with you and names what it keeps returning to, in plain words.

Three threads in one short dream

Each highlighted phrase points to something the dream keeps coming back to.

“I'm back in the flat where I grew up, but the corridor leads straight to my office. My mother is waiting at the door and I can't keep her waiting. Then my father's voice says the report isn't good enough, and the key won't turn.”

  • Your father's judgementstrongest
  • Not wanting to let your mother down
  • Work and love tangled together

Oneli doesn't look symbols up in a dream dictionary. It notices what keeps coming back and asks about it the next time you talk.

Safety and privacy

What happens to what you write.

Two questions matter most: what the AI does when you are not okay, and who can read your words.

When you are not okay

  • Every message you write is checked for risk.
  • If it is serious, Oneli stops and shows you crisis lines. A safety panel stays in your Room until you have seen it.
  • With supervision, your psychologist is alerted too. Supervision is in early access; today, no human is alerted.
  • It is not an emergency service. In danger, call 112.

Who can read it

  • You.
  • Your psychologist sees what you agree to share, never your conversations unless you allow it.
  • Your employer never sees anything.
  • The people in your circle never see your readings, and you never see their answers.

What powers it

Oneli combines our own algorithms, large language models and the guidance of your psychologist. Your account is stored in the EU and is never sold. Our privacy policy lists every company that helps us run TwentyThird.

Nothing your psychologist sets can switch off safety routing, make Oneli diagnose or prescribe, or let it pretend to be human.

Questions

Asked before starting.

How is TwentyThird different from other AI apps?
Most mental-health AI talks to you on its own, with nobody licensed responsible for what it says. Oneli is designed for you by a licensed psychologist who stays hands-on, it reads the patterns underneath what you say, and when something is serious the crisis lines come first. Psychologist-designed agents are in early access.
What is Oneli?
Oneli is your personal mental-health agent: an AI, designed for you, that helps you understand yourself and look after your mental health between sessions. It knows your intake, your readings, your weekly Catchups and what your circle said, and reads them as one story. It is an AI, not a person; it does not diagnose, treat or replace a clinician.
Who controls Oneli?
You and your psychologist. Your psychologist designs Oneli around you and stays hands-on; you choose the psychologist, decide what they see, and can end supervision at any time. Nothing they set can switch off safety routing or make Oneli diagnose. Psychologist-designed agents are in early access; until then Oneli follows TwentyThird's own approach.
What does my psychologist see?
What you agree to share: your readings and any alert by default, your conversations only if you turn that on.
Can I use it without a psychologist?
Yes, and today everyone starts that way. The intake, your 12 readings, the weekly Catchup and your Case File are free; the Room plan adds the Consulting Room and a monthly report. Every message is checked for risk. When psychologist-designed agents open in your country, you can add a psychologist at any time.
Is TwentyThird therapy?
No. It is a psychodynamic AI for self-understanding, designed to be configured and supervised by a licensed psychologist. It supports you between sessions. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a clinician.
What does the AI do if I am not okay?
Every message is checked for risk. If it is serious, Oneli does not carry on as usual: you see crisis lines and a safety panel. If you are in danger, call 112 or your local emergency number now.
What does it cost?
The intake, your readings, the weekly Catchup and your Case File are free. The Room plan adds the Consulting Room, a monthly report and a larger circle for €23.23 a month. Start with three free days, no card.
